Jesus said, "Whoever welcomes one of these children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the One who sent me."
We at Christ the Servant Lutheran invite children to experience a full life in Christ; Children and teens are not the future of the Church, indeed they are the Church of today!
FALL 2020 @ CTS for Children and Youth
Children of all ages are invited to join us at CTS for our outdoor "Porch Worship." Family pods are socially distanced from each other and we wear masks at all times. Our director of Children and Youth Ministry Nicole delivers her children's message at both services, 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. JOIN US.
You can also find Nicole on Facebook and on YouTube where her weekly messages are posted for you to share at home.
Students 13-17, Please join us for YOUTH GROUP!
Outdoor Rain-or-Shine Youth Group
Every Sunday September 27-November 4
11:15 AM-12:15 PM
@ Christ the Servant Lutheran Church 2600 Lakeway Drive Bellingham
Come join us for a youth group meeting under the “front porch” @CTS where we have shelter from the rain, and warm conversation. During our time together, we will share fellowship and an in-depth look at the Beatitudes from the Book of Matthew. Come as you are—no previous church experience necessary.
Yes! We’re meeting outside—rain or shine! Remember that there is no such thing as bad weather, only poor clothing choices. We will have shelter from rain and an outdoor heater. Please dress appropriately and bring a blanket or sleeping bag to stay warm on colder days.
Health and Safety Precautions:
You can also join us via ZOOM!
Tuesdays 10/6, 10/13, 11/3 and 11/10

What are the Beatitudes? Our culture tells us that to be blessed means to have nice things, to live somewhere wonderful, to take fancy vacations, to have thousands of “followers” on social media.
But Jesus teaches us that God’s kingdom doesn’t work that way. Jesus says, “Blessed are the poor. Blessed are those who forgive. Blessed are those who make peace.” Let’s get together and try to make sense of Jesus’ teachings and how they can help bring us closer to God and closer to our community.
