Personal Information and Therapy Style
Melanie works in a variety of ways that includes methods from
family systems,
developmental psychology,
emotionally focused therapy,
pastoral counseling,
solution focused therapy, and
dialectical behavioral therapy.
We join with our clients to help them increase awareness of feelings that are interfering with their quality of life and to deal with those feelings more effectively. We believe in a holistic approach to health that looks at body, mind and spirit.
